George, the tech who comes out, is wonderful and always greets us with a smile. He lets us know when he's done and what he did. I'm very happy with him. Terminix is a worthwhile service. I shopped around and Terminix had the best price at the moment. They come about once a year just to do inspections and apply any treatment if needed.

They fired a manager for trying to do the right thing and turn in a crooked employee. Cons Long days, excessive Saturday work. No home time without feeling guilty. So-so company a good way to start yourself in Pest Control to give you an idea of how much work it can be and decent earning potential if you work a lot but you have to game the production system which is unfair.
Went through many managers whilst I were there somewhere good and wanted to change others were not so good and didn't care so you never felt like personally knowing anyone there. Unrealistic expectations however there was never any reprimand or threat from not achieving all of the work done for the day but it did affect your production to have missed stops that were out of your Control.
Over all a decent place to start to give you an idea of the field to then move on to a better company where your work life balance and day to day is better.
Management is untrustworthy and does not have your back though so you are on your own to make sure you defend your performance. I worked in coastal NC. The management was awful and they pushed you for more than 12 hours per day, six days a week. Getting any time off was like pulling teeth. This job is only good for someone who truly cannot find anything else.
