Very flexible on working remotely even before covid. Most people are nice, lack of diversity in upper management. I do like it here but the amount of work required to do is not enough for the pay. Overall very satisfied with organization. The role is challenging and engaging, and the people make it a great and supportive environment.
There has been a lot of change within the organization, which can be distracting and leave some uncertainty. However, the people I work closely with are reassuring. I feel comfortable that even with any changes within the org, my role will remain very positive. Everything about this company is great except for pay, that is well below market standard.
During pandemic they have been incredibly helpfull with job security and wfh. Nice company and I have support from my manager and team! It is a nice place to work. The food in the building was pretty expensive. Management is easy to approach when you have any questions. Willis Towers Watson is a good company to work for. The work I do is rewarding and exciting. There are times when you have a heavy work load, but the team will help you to get ahead which I think is great. I can also say the managers do not micro-manage you, so you can get work done. Trainers are great and seem welcoming, soon found out how heartless and misleading onboarding management is. I am so disappointed in the time wasted with both the recruiter Kelly services and despite having a second location to see my partner that was within an hour away, these people thought it would be a good idea to deny remote work from said location.
This was a waste of my time.
