Actually having a car for us to pick up in Orlando when we arrived. When we got there, the line was out the terminal for rental cars. They overbooked more cars than their fleet could handle so we had to take a taxi to Sarasota from Orlando.

Pros: After booking with 2 other companies and being pushed around when I went to pick it up price, travel restriction, dirty cars, not having my car, etc. I booked with alamo. I was really scared based on my experiences with the other 2 companies but what a delight! First I got there sms the price I booked for was the price I paid.
Not only that but they had about 35 cars in my class and I was able to get a Chevy traverse and get this On top of that, this thing was fully loaded. Touch screen bluetooth enabled, built in lte WiFi, heated seats, and tons of space! No hidden charges or hops to jump through.
